The opportunity for you As a Brokerage Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our brokerage business and other business units (Customs and Managed Transportation Services). What you'll own Full-cycle sales. Prospect, qualify, run discovery, quote, close and onboard. You own the pipe from first touch to ongoing operation. Pipeline development. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified accounts. Post-close transition. Hand off closed deals cleanly to our ops team, ensuring the customer is set up for success and the relationship carries forward. Who you are 5+ years of proven success in B2B Sales, with a focus on value-oriented services, preferably in cross-border logistics. You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, enrichment platforms) to accelerate research, build materials, and move faster.
