Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST Position Overview National Wire LLC is a leading manufacturer of welded wire products, dedicated to delivering quality solutions for construction and industrial applications. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced IT & BIA Supervisor to lead and support our technology, ERP, and analytics initiatives. This hybrid role combines IT supervision with advanced business intelligence, ensuring that systems and data are leveraged to optimize operations, improve processes, and provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate is both a technical expert and a business partner, able to manage ERP platforms, oversee IT projects, and transform data into insights that directly support Finance, Operations, and Executive leadership. This is a remote position, and the selected candidate must provide their own equipment (computer and stable internet connection). Key Responsibilities ERP & IT Supervision Manage and support ERP systems (Global Shop and others) across all manufacturing and business units. Provide expert-level support for ERP-related inquiries, configurations, and enhancements. Supervise IT initiatives and ensure system reliability and compliance with company standards. Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as needed. Develop and maintain IT documentation, procedures, and training materials. Business Intelligence & Strategic Analytics Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. Design, customize, and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Analyze datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams to align analytics with strategic needs. Partner with the leadership team to enable informed and strategic decision-making that supports long-term growth. Recommend and monitor KPIs to measure performance and support continuous improvement. Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in IT leadership, ERP management, or Business Intelligence roles (manufacturing industry preferred). Proven expertise with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Global Shop, or equivalent). Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and analytics programming (SQL, Python, or R). Strong knowledge of data modeling, statistical methods, and dashboard design. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience. What We Offer Paid time off.
