Experience minimum 3 years in automotive industry (must) as Launch Engineer in AUTOMOTIVE Tier 1 handling airbags, steering wheels or seatbelts manufacturing (must). Lead and coordinate new product launches from pre-production through full-scale manufacturing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain. Develop and track launch timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure production readiness, including tooling, equipment, and process validation. Monitor and resolve issues during pilot builds and early production phases. Support APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities and ensure compliance with customer requirements. Coordinate with customers (OEMs) regarding launch status, risks,and issue resolution. Implement continuous improvement actions to stabilize production after launch. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and cost targets.
