About The Role We're seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to own major product surfaces on our client's agent platform. You'll set the technical direction, architect core systems, and deliver high-impact work alongside a small, dynamic team. What You'll Be Doing Design, build, and evolve full‑stack systems across the agent platform Architect scalable services that process thousands of insurance workflows daily Set technical direction and enhance code quality, testing, and reliability Mentor teammates and foster a strong engineering culture as the team grows Participate in on‑call duties and take ownership of production systems end‑to‑end What We're Looking For 6+ years of professional software engineering experience Deep experience with modern stacks such as TypeScript, React/Next.js, Python, or similar Proficiency in designing, operating, and debugging systems in production Experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, or AI‑native products Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and API design Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Fluency in Spanish Nice to Have Background in insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries Previous early‑stage startup experience (Series A or earlier) About The Company This organization specializes in AI agents for insurance operations, focusing on transforming how insurance workflows are managed and optimized. #J-18808-Ljbffr
