Summary Provides primary support in addressing, preventing, and treating work‑related illnesses, offering medical care, first aid in emergencies, and evaluating and improving working conditions for employee health and safety in collaboration with the team. Job Responsibilities Primary care and immediate response in first aid, initial assessment of incidents or ailments, patient stabilization, transfer decision (hospital/IMSS) – does not replace hospital care, only stabilizes the patient. Occupational health surveillance, medical examinations: pre‑employment (if applicable), periodic (according to risk), return to work. Monitoring of general illnesses that impact work, occupational diseases. Risk prevention (STPS code), identification of health risks. Evaluation of workplace conditions: ergonomics, lighting, work‑related stress, control recommendations. Incident and accident management: accident registration, cause investigation, trend analysis. Health and wellness programs such as health campaigns, vaccinations, basic checkups, prevention (diabetes, hypertension). Member of the Safety and Hygiene Committee: evaluating workstations, ergonomics, and recommendations. Training: first aid (brigades), use of first aid kits, emergency response. Regulatory compliance and support with applicable regulations. Support during STPS audits. Occupational health documentation. Qualification Requirements Degree in Medicine with relevant experience in occupational health. Solid knowledge of general medicine and occupational health practices, with the ability to apply current regulations and standards. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
