Responsibilities Building rapport; providing technical information and explanations to customers. Demonstrates products and services to customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs. Makes in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers. Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints. Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups. Liaises between office of in-house group and customer. Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items/models; explaining technical features. Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas. Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities. Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Qualifications Graduate of any Engineering Degree courses or Graduate of any 4 year course with at least 2 years experience in sales preferably but not necessary With experience in government paperwork is a plus Technical Understanding of Product With pleasing personality Willing to travel Able to work late hours Ability to multi-task With high level of commitment and strong work ethics #J-18808-Ljbffr
