Overview The Assistant Property Manager will support the property management team in overseeing the daily operations of residential or commercial properties. This role involves assisting with tenant relations, property maintenance, and administrative tasks to ensure the properties are well-managed and maintained. Responsibilities Assist in managing tenant communications and inquiries Coordinate maintenance requests and property inspections Support lease administration and tenant onboarding Maintain property records and documentation Assist in budgeting and financial reporting Collaborate with vendors and service providers Team Structure You will work closely with the Property Manager and other team members to ensure efficient property operations. Ideal Profile Experience in property management or real estate Knowledge of property management software Financial acumen for budgeting and reporting Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills Problem-solving abilities Education A degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
