Responsibilities Support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations. Assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems. Collaborate with local functions to impact quality results, reach targets for the organizational unit, and aim for world‑class performance. Manage resource allocation: organize and allocate resources to effectively and efficiently meet inspection rate targets, respond to resource issues as needed, and lead capacity planning and resource optimization for the testing area. Handle production scheduling and testing plan: execute the testing plan in accordance with the production plan to meet volume requirements agreed in the demand plan. Identify and recommend technical equipment and facility improvements. Ensure execution of quality testing of equipment, conforming products, and on‑time delivery targets for the assigned product complexity. Identify deficiencies in testing process efficiency, propose improvement activities, and oversee implementation of actions to enhance testing performance. Manage resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams and/or the quality specialist. Ensure the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed in collaboration with HR Manager; guide, motivate, and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with experience in manufacturing/assembly processes. 4+ years of experience in related positions such as production supervisor, quality supervisor, or similar. Knowledge of DMAIC methodology, 5S, core tools (AMEF, control plan, PPAP, etc.), and Microsoft Office. Collaborative, solution‑focused approach with strong written and spoken communication skills. Ability to develop analysis of issues detected during the assembly process to ensure high product quality (RCA, A3, DMAIC, 8Ds, etc.). Intermediate English level.
