Responsibilities Supervises the team's daily warehouse activities. This role is crucial to meeting productivity, timely delivery, and material receipt objectives. Ensures the execution of warehouse processes and procedures. Manage order fulfillment through accurate and timely preparation. Organize and maintain efficient workflows throughout the order fulfillment process; ensure inventory integrity. Maintain inventory of all production and packaging supplies. Maintain positive working relationships with all colleagues and with both internal and external customers. Maintain proper product positioning regarding volume and required storage locations. Maintain, monitor, and report on daily production activity. Proactively lead the promotion of cleanliness and safety protocols throughout the organization. Resolve order and inventory issues. Understand and adhere to legal and compliance standards outlined in corporate policies; accept responsibility for performing tasks in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; report any identified compliance violations.
