Use TMS (Total Maintenance System) to plan and schedule PM activities. Analyze EWO (Emergency Work Order) and implement corrective actions. Manage and ensure correct technical documentation of equipment. Monitor warranty periods of systems/equipment and request free service maintenance from suppliers. Provide detailed analysis of performance indicators (OLE/OEE/MTBF/MTTR) and verify they are supported by adequate recovery plans. Develop SMP (Standard Maintenance Procedures) and OPL (One Point Lessons) for tools and cycles, considering repair, replacement, testing, and operation frequency. Collaborate with equipment suppliers and production engineering. Define CBM activities for technical equipment. Manage contractors in their specialty areas. Oversee repair work tools (engineering communications, tools, control units, electronic boards). Analyze checklist for scheduling maintenance interventions. Manage backup equipment/tools.
