Job Summary A Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and machinery used in production processes. They troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure that machines and equipment are operating efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments. Inspect machines and equipment regularly to identify any issues or potential problems. Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning machines, equipment, or systems. Order and replace faulty parts or components. Record and maintain accurate maintenance and repair logs. Follow safety guidelines and regulations when working with machines and equipment. Required Skills & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. 0-2 years of experience in maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery. Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repair. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
