Responsibilities Production Master Data role enables FLUS company growth by facilitating cross‑functional execution plans for new products or changes to existing products, as well as code management of product attributes, pricing, production recipes, sales Bill of Materials, and plant‑to‑sales authorizations. This team is at the core of transitioning Commercial Planning Proposals into Supply Chain Systems to enable Make, Move and Sell for the FLUS Portfolio impacting 80+ interfacing systems. Included within these systems are Handhelds for Sales, SAP and Demand Planning for Ops, SDW for Financial reporting, FIG for Cost Accounting and MRP for Purchasing of Raw Materials. As a Production Master Data SC Associate Analyst, your functions include ensuring flawless execution of Commercial Proposals into Supply Chain Systems, maintaining the accuracy and completeness of master data records to enable plant production, ensuring timely and accurate data entry, and collaborating with other members of the organization to identify areas for improvement. You must understand the intent of the Business Proposals and focus on the manufacturing and distribution center areas. You will evaluate Product Data provided by upstream cross‑functional teams and follow identified Business Processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Sound decision making and data integrity are essential to ensure Frito‑Lay can make and sell product every day. (Approximately 200M data elements annually). Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Business Analytics or similar field. Fluent English written and verbal skills. 1–3 years of working experience in Commercialization and Master Data management preferred. Working knowledge of SAP. Strong Excel skills for data extracts and analysis from multiple systems. Basic working knowledge of Marketing, Product Supply, Manufacturing, Field Sales, Purchasing, and Accounting preferred.
