Job Title: SME – Molding, Extrusion, Dipping, Blow Molding Responsibilities Plan, direct, and implement all aspects of design and development of new medical device products or software systems. Develop, evaluate, implement, and maintain technical quality assurance and control systems or reliability systems and standards related to materials, techniques, or company products. Investigate and evaluate existing technologies to guide the conceptualization of new methodologies, materials, machines, processes, or products. Direct development of new concepts from initial design through to market release. Manage feasibility studies of designs to determine capability of meeting intended functions. Monitor documentation maintenance throughout all phases of research and development. Coordinate activities with outside suppliers and consultants to ensure timely delivery. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function. People Management Supervise a team of employees, focusing on tactical, operational, and some strategic activities within a specified area. Manage performance, develop talent, foster engagement and inclusion, and communicate business and operational developments. Plan, prioritize, and direct responsibilities of direct reports to achieve goal attainment. Provide mentoring, coaching, and performance reviews; facilitate staff 1:1s to guide performance management and development efforts.
