Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, or R to identify trends, opportunities, and efficiencies across Didi Food. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring the business stays on track to meet its goals. Lead strategic projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and optimize processes. Develop and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, translating data into clear, actionable insights. We're eager to be in touch because you have... Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable isnights. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement. Fluent in English and Spanish. 2-4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or data analytics, preferably in tech, consulting, or a fast-paced corporate environment. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in stakeholder management and presenting insights to senior leadership. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
