Overview Through supportive supervision, executes activities that require problem solving, handling concepts, practices and procedures, fundamental to its area of engineering specialization, such as: Industrial, electrical, electronic, mechanical, chemical, etc. Responsibilities Develop and improve molding processes for new and existing products. Day to day activities at the manufacturing line or molding equipment of responsibility. Provide direct or indirect support to other lines, molding equipment, or projects through supportive supervision. Respond to customer complaints and initiate action to prevent recurrence of non-conformities related to the product, service, processes, or the quality system. Project planning and documentation development under guidance from the responsible manager. Complies with all documentation procedures and training as per the Quality Management System. Support to engineering process validations and engineering changes. Contributes to maintaining a safe work environment, supporting the company's. Qualifications Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, etc.). Advanced English. (Technical and conversational). Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. Problem solving skills and team coordination. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) Intermediate knowledge ISO 13485. Intermediate knowledge of Continuous Improvement Tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
