We’re looking for a Process Engineer to join our Production team and make a direct impact on efficiency, standardization, and problem-solving in a structured, global industrial environment. Your impact in this role: Analyze and optimize production processes (time studies, methods, line balancing ). Implement standard work / defined work and operational standardization. Apply FMEA (AMEF) to prevent risk and improve process reliability. Lead and support 2 Process Technicians (follow-up, development, execution). Partner with Production and Quality on root cause analysis and continuous improvement. What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Process Engineering or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Process / Manufacturing Engineer in a plant environment. Metal-mechanical industry experience (preferred). Intermediate English (able to hold technical conversations).
