Overview We are hiring: SAP S/4HANA Migration Coordinator – On-site in Guadalajara, Mexico We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Migration Coordinator to join a large-scale digital transformation initiative in the automotive industry . This role will coordinate critical data migration and integration activities, ensuring smooth execution and alignment between business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Define and execute data migration strategies and plans. Align business and IT teams to ensure project milestones. Manage data object mapping, transformation, and validation rules. Oversee testing, cutover activities, and hypercare phases. Deliver governance documentation and progress reporting. Requirements SAP data migration experience , with at least 1 S/4HANA rollout project . Strong background in project coordination and business transformation. Hands-on experience with SAP BODS/Syniti (at least one project). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Must be on-site in Guadalajara, Mexico (part-time).
