The genuine attention you provide as a Security Agent will make them feel safe and valued. Responsibilities Preparation of the daily incident report. Management, delivery, and receipt of keys. Handling of lost and found items. Operation of the alarm and fire protection systems. Answering phone calls and following up on daily departmental requests. Access control for team members entering and exiting the property. Vehicle access control into the hotel. Monitoring alarms and the CCTV video surveillance system. Responding to emergency situations. Continuous patrolling throughout the property. Traffic control for golf carts within the property. Responsible for operating the employee shuttle golf cart. Daily registration of vendors and visitors entering the property. Exit inspection for team members. Control of exit passes. Responsible for opening guest rooms upon request from guests or vendors. Access and door control outside regular operating hours. Responsible for maintaining order and appropriate conduct among team members during operating hours. Responsible for providing first aid when required. Responsible for delivering keys to guests. Responsible for access control in the beach area. Responsible for returning lost and found items to guests and team members. Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the information handled within the department. About you High school diploma completed Preferably certified in CPR and First Aid Excellent communication and organizational skills Minimum height of 1.70 meters Strong skills in guest service and attention #J-18808-Ljbffr
