Who You Are The Agency Veteran: You have worked in a BPO, Shared Service Center, or Accounting Agency serving U.S. clients. The Real Estate Pro: You aren't scared of \"Inter-Company Transfers,\" \"CAM Reconciliations,\" or \"Gross vs. Net Rent.\" You know how to handle a portfolio of 10+ LLCs. Experience with AppFolio / Yardi is a massive plus. English: C1 Advanced. You must be able to explain complex accounting issues clearly via email and Teams. What You'll Do Portfolio Management: Manage the GL, AP, and Bank Reconciliations for a portfolio of complex Real Estate entities. Troubleshooting: Fix broken bank feeds, reconcile inter-company transfers, and clean up historical data messes in QBO. Process Adherence: Follow client SOPs rigorously (using Asana/Canopy) but have the confidence to flag gaps. Communication: Maintain high availability on Microsoft Teams.
