About the Role: The Growth Marketer owns the full marketing and growth strategy, leading initiatives that drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand equity. This role requires a data-driven, creative thinker who can lead marketing initiatives to scale the brand worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Lead and implement multi-channel growth strategies (social, email, influencer, etc.) Lead campaign planning, ensuring alignment with product launches, revenue goals, and brand vision Oversee paid acquisition (Meta, Google, influencers, affiliates) and retention (email/SMS) programs Own the marketing budget, CAC/ROAS targets, and reporting for key growth metrics Collaborate with CEO and manage relationships with external marketing agencies Evaluate retention marketing efforts and optimize LTV Develop brand positioning and messaging in partnership with creative teams Drive testing roadmap to identify growth opportunities and optimize funnel performance Own and evolve the creative briefing process for paid media and campaigns Partner with media team to produce high-performing content Qualifications: 5–8+ years of experience in growth, performance, or marketing roles in DTC / e-commerce Proven success scaling paid and owned channels Deep familiarity with marketing analytics tools Comfortable rolling up sleeves to execute while thinking strategically Strong creative instincts with a performance mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
