Position Objective Ensure the effective planning, coordination, and execution of the supply chain, guaranteeing compliance with customer (OEM) requirements, optimizing costs, inventory levels, and service performance, and ensuring a continuous flow of materials from suppliers to the final customer. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize the entire supply chain: procurement, planning, inventory, transportation, and distribution. Maintain direct and ongoing communication with OEMs to ensure compliance with delivery, quality, and service requirements. Lead demand and production planning (PC&L), aligning capacity with customer needs. Manage customer portals (e.g., EDI, releases, ASN) ensuring accurate interpretation and execution. Oversee and ensure compliance with CTPAT programs and supply chain security requirements. Coordinate with internal departments (production, quality, purchasing) to ensure operational continuity. Monitor key performance indicators (OTIF, inventory levels, turnover, logistics costs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage and optimize the use of SAP in logistics-related modules. Lead teams, fostering effective communication and high performance. Support and respond to customer audits related to logistics and supply chain operations. Job Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PC&L Manager or equivalent role . Experience in the automotive industry with direct interaction with OEMs . Strong experience in end-to-end supply chain management. Technical Knowledge Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end supply chain . SAP (logistics modules) proficiency. Experience with customer portals (EDI, releases, ASN management). Knowledge and application of CTPAT standards . Material planning (MRP), inventory control, and transportation logistics. Logistics KPIs management. Skills Conversational English (required) . Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Leadership and team management.
