We are seeking a skilled Windows 365 Administrator to manage, support, and optimize modern Microsoft workplace solutions. This role is responsible for the administration of Windows 365, Azure, and Intune environments , ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing virtual desktop and endpoint solutions for end users. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Windows 365 (Cloud PCs) environments Manage devices and policies using Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) Configure, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Azure infrastructure Deploy, manage, and support Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments Administer and maintain SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) Implement and manage endpoint security using Microsoft Defender Perform OS and application deployments, updates, and patch management Monitor endpoint performance and drive continuous improvements Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2/3 incidents related to end‑user computing Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices Collaborate with security, networking, and support teams Technical Requirements Hands‑on experience with Windows 365 (Azure Virtual Desktop is a plus) Strong knowledge of: SCCM / MECM Windows 10 & Windows 11 Experience with Microsoft Defender (Endpoint Security) Knowledge of Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) Understanding of security, compliance, and endpoint management best practices General Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field 3+ years of experience in similar roles Intermediate to advanced English proficiency Strong problem‑solving and communication skills Nice to Have Microsoft certifications (MD‑102, AZ‑104, MS‑102) Experience with Zero Trust security models #J-18808-Ljbffr
