We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle DBA Senior with strong experience in UNIX environments (AIX/Linux/Solaris) . This role is responsible for ensuring database stability, security, and performance, as well as executing upgrades, migrations, and high-availability strategies. Must-Have Requirements Experience with IBM AIX, Linux, and SUN Solaris (UNIX) operating systems. Hands‑on experience as an Oracle DBA (Oracle 12c and 19c ). Ability to apply PSU patches across Oracle versions, including rolling patches for RAC systems . Experience upgrading databases to 19c (rolling upgrades in RAC environments is a plus). Experience with Oracle GoldenGate implementation and troubleshooting. Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of multi-node RAC systems on ASM . Experience with large database upgrades and migrations across Data Centers . Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and propose solutions. Experience with ASM instance creation and troubleshooting . Strong understanding of Oracle Architecture . Experience supporting multiple application and support teams across ongoing projects. Knowledge of third‑party backup solutions (TSM ). Additional experience in large-scale database migrations. Strong performance tuning and troubleshooting skills. Develop and maintain UNIX shell scripts and PL/SQL code . Perform database upgrades and migrations at scale. Set up and manage Disaster Recovery (DR) environments . Manage backups using Oracle RMAN and perform database recovery when required. Implement technical controls aligned with security policies .
