Sitecore Support Engineer Requirements Must to have experience: Support Engineer with experience in operating and supporting cloud native Microservices based applications using Sitecore XM Cloud Vercel .NET Core Strong background in C#, containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud data and integration services such as AppSync and DocumentDB. Capable of troubleshooting end-to-end application issues, validating deployments, monitoring system health, and performing proactive maintenance, with working knowledge of Angular for frontend support and collaboration. Responsibilities: Incident resolution and root cause analysis across frontend, backend, and infrastructure Service request fulfillment and application configuration support Application monitoring and performance analysis in distributed systems Deployment validation and postrelease stability checks Proactive health checks to prevent outages and degradation Knowledge management through documentation, runbooks, and best practices Propose and execute improvements and minor enhancements This Application Support Engineer will work with a team that provides 24x7 production support for business-critical applications.
