Responsabilidades Manage the HR team to ensure the smooth operation of employee compensation, recruitment, training and performance management. Develop and implement HR strategies to support the long‑term business objectives of the Mexico site. Ensure that employee benefit plans are in place, including health insurance and assignment subsidies. Responsible for employee performance management and providing training and development opportunities for employee growth and advancement. Deal with employee relations issues, resolve disputes and conflicts, and ensure a harmonious working environment for employees. Understand the human resources needs of each department, provide strategic advice and support. Ensure that the company’s HR policies and procedures comply with international regulations and legal requirements. Requisitos Bachelor degree in psychology or related field. 5 years of experience in HR. Advanced English. Advanced Chinese (desired). Beneficios 80,000 MXN gross salary. 70% of the monthly salary (56,000 MXN): Paid monthly as fixed salary. 30% of the monthly salary (24,000 MXN): Distributed at the end of the year as performance‑based pay.
