The role ensures HR management and administration processes are aligned with best practices. Your responsibilities Lead the supervision and performance of managers and coordinators responsible for facilities, infrastructure projects, and asset protection. Ensure the efficient operation and preventive maintenance of campus facilities and critical systems. Plan, manage, and control the department’s budget. Coordinate and oversee construction, remodeling, and expansion projects, ensuring compliance with legal, environmental, and quality standards. Justify, plan, and execute turnkey (greenfield) projects. Design and implement the energy supply strategy, including renewable energy sources and energy efficiency initiatives. Develop and institutionalize asset protection policies, processes, and standards. Drive the adoption of emerging technologies in infrastructure, utilities, and security systems. Lead sustainability strategies and CO₂ emissions reduction efforts toward a zero-emissions operation. Your background Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. +10 years of experience in related positions. Technical Expertise: Proven experience in infrastructure management, industrial/corporate construction and maintenance. Strong knowledge of civil, mechanical, and electrical works, including reading and interpretation of technical drawings. Familiarity with photovoltaic systems and medium/high-voltage substations. Project & Budget Management: Experience in planning and executing construction and energy projects, including sustainability initiatives. Skilled in project management and budget control. Regulatory & Compliance: Experience handling permits and liaising with government agencies (e.g., CFE, SEMARNAT). Knowledge of asset protection systems (e.g., CCTV, security standards and regulations). Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage personnel effectively. Systems & Tools: Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, design software, Microsoft Project, and related tools. Languages: Advanced English (spoken and written).
