In this role, you will manage the manufacturing life‑cycle for Cloud hardware, specializing in PCBA, System Assembly, and Rack Integration platforms. You will guide our transition into a Smart Factory ecosystem, leveraging AI, predictive maintenance, and unified data platforms to support growth and build the systems that build our products. You will drive on‑time delivery and advocate a culture of continuous learning. You will lead capacity enablement, automation, and cost‑efficiency initiatives to scale sustainably, and transform suppliers into strategic partners by qualifying, developing, and managing contract manufacturers. Responsibilities Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) engagement, technical Request for Quotation (RFQ) definitions, factory readiness, and Design for Manufacturing and Design for Assembly (DFM/DFA) to resolve manufacturability issues before mass production. Provide comprehensive remote and on‑site CM/ODM support, owning Manufacturing Capability Assessments (MCA) and site transfer line qualifications. Define capacity and infrastructure requirements utilizing time studies, line balancing, and automation strategies. Manage products through End of Life (EOL), overseeing assembly yields, conducting root‑cause investigations, and managing supplier corrective actions. Advocate cost‑reduction, automation, and process optimizations to sustainably enhance cycle times, yield, capacity, and exceptional quality.
