The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities to drive informed business decisions. This role provides key insights into financial performance, identifies trends, and supports budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives. The position works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with company financial objectives while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and financial integrity. Key Responsibilities And Main Activities Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including variance analysis versus budget and forecast. Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Monitor and evaluate financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities to improve business results. Develop financial models to support strategic decisions, investments, and cost‑saving initiatives. Analyze cost structures, margins, and profitability by product, customer, or business unit, providing actionable insights to leadership. Partner with operations and other departments to enhance financial efficiency and strengthen cost control. Assist in the preparation of management presentations and financial reports for leadership, ensuring clear and concise communication of financial data. Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely financial information. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimizing financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency. Experience / Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. A Master’s Degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is considered a plus. A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting is required. Experience in manufacturing or the automotive industry is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage financial data, analyze complex information, and support decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment. Experience working with cross‑functional teams and supporting business leaders is highly valued. Languages Advanced level of spoken and written English is required. Knowledge Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis. Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. Knowledge of financial reporting standards, including Cost Accounting and US GAAP principles. Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes is required. Familiarity with financial reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus. Knowledge of SOX compliance and continuous improvement methodologies is considered an advantage. Competencies: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly. Highly proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented, with strong time management and planning capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
