Top 5 Key Responsibilities 1- Manage Purchasing & Planning Activities Oversee procurement, production planning, and inventory control for assigned product lines, ensuring material availability and alignment with production needs. 2- Maintain ERP/MRP Data Integrity Ensure accuracy of system data (lead times, safety stock, ABC classification) and manage MRP signals, shortage reports, and planning actions. 3- Supplier Management & Performance Improvement Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost) and lead continuous improvement initiatives through scorecards and business reviews. 4- Inventory Optimization & Cost Reduction Drive initiatives to optimize inventory levels, reduce material costs, and improve supply chain efficiency. 5- Cross-functional Coordination & Issue Resolution Act as the main interface between suppliers and internal teams (Quality, Engineering, Operations), resolving issues and supporting product lifecycle changes. 3 plus years of experience as a planner buyer, medical manufacturing preferred.
