Own growth. Design, execute, and scale the acquisition and retention strategy across Mexico, Peru, and Brazil. Translate data into decisions and budget into measurable results. Build and lead the acquisition teams that make it happen. Responsibilities 01 · Build the Marketing Department from Zero. Define which roles are hired, which processes are implemented, and the standards by which the area operates. 02 · Define and Execute a Multi-Market Growth Strategy. Design the acquisition and retention strategy for MX, BR, and PE, accounting for regulatory, cultural, and user-behavior differences in each market. 03 · Own and Manage Acquisition Budgets. Manage paid media budgets on a weekly basis. Redistribute investment between channels and markets based on real performance data: GGR/NGR trends, CAC by channel, LTV by segment. 04 · Define, Track, and Own KPIs. Establish the KPI framework for all acquisition channels. Monitor performance continuously, run structured weekly team reviews and monthly KPI sessions, and drive real-time optimization decisions. Every metric has an owner and a cadence. 05 · Lead Acquisition Teams. Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to the acquisition teams under this role. Define priorities, set expectations, and develop talent. Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and data fluency across the team. 06 · Report to COO with Business-Oriented Proposals. Present results in business terms: GGR, NGR, CAC, LTV. Collaborate with BI, Product, and Finance to improve data quality and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For 8+ years in performance or digital marketing Experience in iGaming, fintech, or entertainment in LATAM Has managed significant paid media budgets across multiple markets simultaneously Speaks the language of GGR, NGR, CAC, and LTV Has operated across multiple markets simultaneously — regulatory differences, cultural nuances, channel mix Has built a team or marketing area from scratch Makes decisions based on data Preferred: Knows the gambling/iGaming regulation in at least one of the three markets (MX, BR, PE) Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus Located in or willing to relocate to Monterrey, Mexico #J-18808-Ljbffr
