Enhance cost accounting operations by evaluating manufacturing variables across the plant, identifying opportunities for process optimization, and supporting financial and operational performance improvement. Responsibilities Maintain and calculate standard costs, including the setup and activation of new part numbers. Analyze cost variances and assess their impact on inventory valuation. Execute monthly and annual inventory revaluation processes. Develop, track, and report key financial and operational KPIs for the plant. Reconcile and maintain accuracy between physical inventory and accounting records. Monitor supplier scrap charge recoveries and ensure proper follow-up. Process Oracle accounting entries related to month-end closing activities. Prepare and distribute monthly financial and operational performance reports. Support internal stakeholders with cost analysis, inventory information, and historical data requests. Perform inventory audits and conduct random reviews of WIP and quarantine inventory. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role. Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis. Experience with inventory valuation and standard cost methodologies in compliance with global policies. Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred). Intermediate level of English communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
