As SAP EWM consultant you will be part of the Sales Logistics Service in a global team responsible for the SAP modules TM and LE in KION Group IT. The person will advise internal customers in the warehousing and shipping area, optimize business processes, contribute to IT services delivered by KION Group IT, and support the development of the newly created IT Service Hub in Monterrey. Responsibilities Analyze business/functional requirements and identify gaps compared to SAP standard. Perform functional and technical design and document technical specifications. Ensure compliance of developed solutions to underlying solution architecture. Map end‑to‑end shipping and warehouse business processes for internal customers. Optimize and simplify SAP EWM solutions in S4/HANA for sales/shipping area. Propose solutions to solve complex business problems by reusing existing solutions or suggesting a new one. Advise internal customers in SAP Extended Warehouse Management and SAP TM areas. Participate in the full project life cycle, rollouts, and handover to operations. Support internal customers by solving incidents and service requests. Qualifications At least 3 years of professional work experience as an SAP EWM Consultant. Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Knowledge of business processes in the area of Shipping and Warehouse Management. Professional experience in planning, designing, implementing, and testing end‑to‑end solutions in an international environment. Project experience in customizing SAP S4/HANA embedded EWM. Basic knowledge of ABAP Objects and BOBF with reference to EWM would be helpful. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
