Job Summary At Motivus we seek an experienced SAP SD Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Order to Cash (OTC) processes to join a global team. The candidate will have extensive hands‑on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to work with international stakeholders in English. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP SD / OTC processes. Manage key areas including: shipping, credit management, and returns. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions. Drive process improvements aligned with SAP best practices. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including FI, MM, WM, and logistics. Support end‑to‑end project lifecycle activities: requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, go‑live support. Provide senior‑level support for complex system issues. Communicate effectively with global business and IT teams. Required Qualifications 8+ years of SAP SD experience. Strong expertise in Order to Cash (OTC). Experience in multiple full‑cycle SAP implementations. Deep understanding of SAP SD configuration and integration points. Ability to work independently in complex environments. Advanced English (mandatory). Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
