Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies. Verify attendance records, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related data. Maintain and update payroll information in HR systems. Prepare payroll reports for Finance and HR leadership. Manage payroll-related inquiries and provide timely resolutions. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, social security contributions, and statutory requirements. Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing support, screening coordination, interview scheduling, and offer preparation. Partner with local HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment timelines. Conduct initial resume screening and support preliminary candidate assessments. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and coordination. Maintain and update recruitment data in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and prepare hiring reports (time-to-fill, pipeline status, etc.). Coordinate background checks and pre-employment documentation. Coordinate and execute onboarding processes, including documentation, system setup, and orientation scheduling. Manage offboarding procedures including exit documentation, final payments, and system access removal. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems. Oversee private insurance enrollment, updates, and claims support. Monitor employee benefits administration and liaise with external vendors. Support HR audits, compliance checks, and policy implementation. Assist in drafting HR communications, employment letters, and certifications.
