We are seeking a highly driven BOM Buyer with strong analytical skills and a solid background in automotive manufacturing. This role is responsible for managing Bill of Materials purchasing activities, ensuring cost competitiveness, supplier performance, and on‑time availability of components for production. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update Bill of Materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with engineering changes. Lead cost negotiations, secure competitive pricing, and manage supplier contracts. Evaluate cost structures, identify savings opportunities, and support budgeting activities. Develop sourcing plans aligned with programming timelines and quality requirements. Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Program Management to support launches and continuous improvement. Monitor delivery, quality, and service metrics; drive corrective actions when needed. Manage engineering changes (ECOs), ensuring timely implementation and cost impact control. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong understanding of BOM structures, cost breakdowns, and manufacturing processes. Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel.
