The Role The Associate Manager of Performance Analytics & Optimization supports Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection finance function by delivering reporting, analysis, and insights that enhance financial performance across the portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Performance Optimization, you will partner with Regional Directors of Finance to provide actionable analytics, streamline reporting processes, and identify opportunities for margin improvement, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Reporting & Analysis Performance Optimization Support Regional DOF Partnership and Support Openings and Transitions Support Qualifications 5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in hospitality or multi‑property operations. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Strong knowledge of hotel P&L, USALI standards, and hospitality KPIs (RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, GOP, Flow‑Through). Experience with ERP and hotel financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, SAP, PeopleSoft). Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and data storytelling skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region. Fluent in English and Spanish.
