Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or similar. Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position. English (written/spoken – 95% proficiency). Responsibilities Introduce new product/process to production line. Map flow process. Merge process support. Recipe creation & support. Presentation of TRB. Yield improvement reducing scrap defects. FMEA creation, process work instruction and documentation. Skills and Experience Good communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Teamwork. Analytical thinking and problem solving. Statistical data analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Exensio, JMP or other data analysis software.
