Job Description You help implement the operational excellence program in a specific function and/or for cross‑functional continuous improvement (CI) projects. You are responsible for applying CI tools and techniques for problem solving and performance improvement and help employees improve their CI skills and build self‑sufficiency. What You Will Contribute Provide training on CI tools and techniques to help teams move through CI cycles and coach employees to achieve their targets. Identify process improvement needs with department leads, facilitate sessions, and support execution of newly established improvements. Validate outcome benefits when improvements are completed and support creation of new standards and qualification of members into new working processes. Benchmark internally and externally, ensuring that best practices and new tools are deployed with internal partners. What You Will Bring Experience implementing CI processes such as TPM for manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma in the consumer goods industry. Strong facilitation and communication skills. Experience in change management processes. Logical thinking and capacity to influence. Results‑oriented and prepared to deal with ambiguity. Experience in continuous improvement manager, team leader, or area manager roles. Education / Certifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma (required). In‑depth knowledge and practical experience in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). Job Specific Requirements Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or Lean Six Sigma roles, including leadership of complex projects. Proven experience applying Lean Six Sigma and TPM in manufacturing, logistics, and/or supply chain environments. Previous experience managing improvement teams or directing personnel (essential). Proven experience interacting and communicating effectively with senior directors and stakeholders. Proficiency in statistical tools (Minitab, JMP, or similar). Proficiency in Lean tools (Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, etc.) and TPM (Maintenance Pillars). Strong data analysis and problem‑solving skills. Excellent leadership, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills. Ability to influence, persuade, and motivate teams and stakeholders. Strategic thinking and results‑oriented.
