Overview NTT DATA seeks a Help Desk Associate (Full Time) to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. The role involves providing general Level 1 (L1) support for hardware, MS Office packages, and in‑house applications. Location Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico Responsibilities Provide L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages. Offer advanced technical support for in‑house applications and developments. Answer technical support calls, providing assistance and escalating to other support groups as needed. Respond to email‑generated support requests or reports. Document troubleshooting steps and detailed descriptions of customer incidents and requests. Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to resolve failures. Qualifications Availability to work 45 hours per week. Interest in working afternoon/night shifts. Advanced English proficiency. Experience in an IT environment. At least 6 months of customer service experience. Benefits Competitive salary.
