Master’s degree in Project Management is desirable. Advanced English Knowledge / Experience (Skills) Minimum of 10 years of experience in projects related to design, procurement, construction, and maintenance of pipelines and facilities, including at least 5 years coordinating projects in one or more of these areas. Knowledge of design and construction standards for facilities (ASME, API, NACE). Knowledge of inspection and maintenance standards for oil and gas pipelines and facilities. Knowledge of Integrity and Quality Management Systems. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. Advanced knowledge and fundamentals of Mechanical and Materials Engineering. Process Safety Management (PSM). Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Mathcad, and Signal FFS. Experience in evaluating and specifying repair and rehabilitation methodologies for facilities. Knowledge of industrial health, safety, and environmental regulations. Ensuring compliance with operational and corporate procedures, including quality management and HSE systems. Supporting the technical business areas, cost management, quality, and program objectives. Planning all annual installation activities for the different project areas, in accordance with the objectives set by Management. Providing timely operational progress reports, including management reports, ensuring service or contract fulfillment. Acting as the discipline representative in internal work meetings, with suppliers, and with clients. Supervision of in-house and subcontracted personnel. Review and approval of project deliverables.
