The Sales Manager will own the commercial strategy and execution for the Mexican market, manage key sporting goods and lifestyle accounts, develop growth plans, secure premium in‑store visibility, and drive sell‑in and sell‑out performance while building and interacting with a high‑performing team. Commercial Strategy & Key Accounts Own and drive the commercial strategy for key sporting and lifestyle retailers. Build aggressive, data‑backed business plans per account. Negotiate space, visibility, activations, and commercial terms. Sales & Performance Ownership Monitor KPIs: Sell‑In, Sell‑Out, Margin, Inventory Turnover, Market Share, Credit Balance. Partner with Marketing to maximize retail activations and seasonal campaigns. Act as commercial lead with Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain. Provide sharp input on pricing, inventory, and go‑to‑market strategy. Ensure product storytelling and execution excellence at retail. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5-7+ years of commercial experience in sporting goods, sports fashion, footwear, and athletic lifestyle brands. Proven track record managing major retail accounts. Data‑driven decision maker. Excellent communicator in Spanish and English. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
