This role is responsible for driving business performance across NIBU (Nissan Importers Business Unit) Markets in Latin America, specifically left-hand drive Caribbean countries and expansion markets. The position partners with regional stakeholders to achieve key objectives such as retail and wholesale sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and alignment with Nissan’s global brand strategy. Position Summary This role is responsible for driving business performance across NIBU (Nissan Importers Business Unit) markets in Latin America, specifically Caribbean and expansion markets. The position partners with regional stakeholders to achieve key objectives such as retail and wholesale sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and alignment with Nissan’s global brand strategy. Key Responsibilities Manage sales operations and business development to drive growth and profitability across NIBU markets. Define and monitor key sales KPIs, including TIV, Retail Sales (RS), Wholesale (WS), allocation, and profitability . Lead negotiations for setting and aligning sales objectives with business partners. Develop and follow up on Customer Satisfaction (SSI) improvement action plans. Act as the primary sales representative for NIBU markets within the importer structure. Plan, update, and monitor vehicle flow and allocation in line with the company’s business plan. Develop and implement commercial strategies in collaboration with National Sales Companies (NSC), ensuring alignment with brand strategy. Serve as the main liaison between internal stakeholders and NIBU markets for sales-related matters. Analyze market conditions (economic, political, and social) to support strategic planning. Monitor the full production-to-market supply chain , ensuring alignment from production to end customer delivery. Track and support product launch plans (model changes, new model year introductions, and new entries). Qualifications Knowledge & Skills Strong understanding of sales, distribution, marketing, and customer satisfaction processes . Business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and drive strategic decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales-related systems. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience Minimum 7 years of experience in the automotive industry , preferably in commercial or sales roles. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering , or a related field. Travel Up to 60% travel required .
