Overview Objective of the Role : The IC1 SRE Engineer I is responsible for supporting the reliability, availability, and performance of the company's IT infrastructure and applications. This entry-level role focuses on ensuring the stability and efficiency of systems through monitoring, automation, and incident response, contributing to the overall success of IT operations. Responsibilities System Monitoring: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of monitoring solutions to ensure the health and performance of infrastructure and applications. Incident Response: Participate in incident response activities, helping to diagnose and resolve system reliability issues. Automation: Support the development and implementation of automation scripts and tools to improve system reliability and operational efficiency. Performance Analysis: Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues, providing actionable insights. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to support reliability engineering projects and initiatives. Learning and Development: Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge through training and hands-on experience. Security Compliance: Assist in implementing security measures to protect systems and ensure compliance with security policies.
