The Test Engineer is responsible for ensuring the correct functionality, reliability, and performance of electronic products through the development, execution, and improvement of testing processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Test Equipment Maintenance — Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ICT, FCT, and functional test stations. Test Program Development — Create, modify, and validate test programs using C++, C#, Python, or related languages. NPI Support — Lead and support pilot runs, ensuring test readiness, fixture availability, and KPI monitoring. Failure Analysis — Perform root cause analysis on product failures, test stations, and fixtures. Data Analysis — Analyze yield, KPIs, and test logs to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Documentation Management — Develop and maintain SOPs, WIs, TSGs, VA documents, and test reports. Fixture Management — Oversee maintenance, repair, and calibration of test fixtures. Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Work with Quality, Manufacturing, NPI, and R&D teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Continuous Improvement — Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements in testing processes, equipment, and workflows. Training & Support — Mentor junior engineers and technicians on testing methodologies and best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering , Electronics , Software Engineering , or related field. Advanced English (C1) — capable of technical communication with global teams. 2+ years of experience in Testing Engineering , Test Technician , or similar roles. Experience with: ICT / FCT / SPEA / Keysight instrumentation Strong knowledge of: Failure analysis KPIs, yield analysis PCBA processes Agile/SCRUM methodologies Preferred Qualifications Experience in root cause analysis , 8D , A3 , or similar methodologies. Experience with test virtualization , automation , or embedded systems . Knowledge of network protocols , wireless communications , and data science basics . Experience working with international teams (China, US, Europe).
