Job Responsibilities: Understanding the client brief/business question and answer them with research-based data. ‘Independently’ manage primary research projects for the client. This includes both quantitative and qualitative type of projects. Key activities included in the process are - Working with insights manager on appropriate research methodologies. Work with insight managers, on preparing supplier briefing, proposal gathering and closure on the supplier as needed. Liaise between the marketing team and the supplier on final clarifications on the requirements before project commencement. Work closely with insight teams to prepare the questionnaires / survey instruments around quantitative and qualitative studies. Analyze data once received. Draft report along with insights and story. Ensure business questions have been addressed. If vendor shared report, review the final report and ensure the insights are well written, aligning with business objectives. Work with insight teams to finalize reports. Develop reports on varied topics of the client’s interest, synthesizing information from wide-variety of internal documents (primary, syndicated sources, desk research-based sources etc.) and develop insights that are immediately actionable for the client. Communicating and coordinating with different resources in the team to get the work done. Willingness to continuously learn, upgrade skills and train others. Handle project management activities and take full ownership of quality and timeliness of deliverables. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree / Master Degree in Business Application (BBA/MBA) 8-10 years of experience in market research and analysis. Previous market research experience in qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including ad testing and brand lift studies. Proven experience with survey questionnaire design and ability to write and/or edit surveys for complex topics. Brilliant written and verbal communication skills. Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format. Others Presence in Mexico, to be able to work from client office, working closely with the local teams Strong communication skills to develop internal relationships.
