Ensure that the quality of Safran products, processes and procedures are compliant with internal and regulatory standards, in compliance with applicable contractual requirements and are continuously improving. Responsible to develops proactive quality initiative strategies and drives their implementation to maintain a healthy Quality Management System. Identify, investigate and manage risk opportunities utilizing advanced Quality tools (Lean, Six Sigma, PFMEA, PDCA, Control Plan, etc). Identify needs for improvements and provide solutions. Develop new inspection techniques and/or methodologies to assure product conformance. Influence process and planning decisions with knowledge and explanations of Quality Policies, practices and procedures. Able to communicate ideas or viewpoints supported by objective data to influence large groups. Lead a team using root cause analysis methodology to resolve opportunities/non conformities. Develop, implement, evaluate and maintain Quality Management System and related documentation. Education Professional degree in Engineering. Mechatronic, Electronic or Mechanic preferably. Experience Mandatory experience in QMS (AS9100), Problem Solving (Root Cause Analysis) and Lean Six Sigma projects/tools. Preferably experience in regulatory certifications (FAA/EASA, others). Certifications Green belt or Black belt (preferably). Advance English Level Requirements Visa and availability to travel (preferably). #J-18808-Ljbffr
