Position Google Ads / Facebook Ads Specialist Working Schedule 8a-5p CST Salary Range $1,800-$2,500 USD Monthly Job Summary We’re hiring a paid ads specialist to manage and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn. You’ll drive performance and strategy across multiple ad accounts and fix technical issues as needed. Bonus points if you can design and test ad creatives. Key Responsibilities Run paid ad campaigns for at least four internal and client brands. Drive traffic to webinars. Develop performance‑driven strategies across Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn. Troubleshoot tracking, bidding, and disapproval issues. Monitor performance and optimize targeting, budget, and creative. Collaborate with the content team or produce creatives for A/B testing. Deliver clear performance reports and strategic insights. Qualifications 3+ years of experience running paid ad campaigns. Deep expertise in platform algorithms and ad tech setup (GA4, Pixel, UTM tracking). Understanding of nonprofit donor behavior and lead generation funnels. Strong analytical mindset and confidence in driving ad strategy. Creative testing and/or ad production experience. Preferred Working experience with non‑profit organizations/groups.
