POSITION SUMMARY This role is focused on guaranteeing the delivery of finished products from Bunge nationwide tolling partner facilities to all our customers, maintaining product quality, and focusing on efficiency, service, and cost. CORE FUNCTIONS Guarantee the delivery of finished products to our customers and partners on time in full. Elaborate finished product delivery program according to our customers and sales weekly programs. Validate all new sales orders and deliveries, generating all shipments for the daily program. Share weekly program with freight carriers and ensure transport availability for our weekly demand. Generate and share all customer and internal documentation for each shipment with transport. Follow up on the daily delivery process, transit and delivery with third‑party carriers, manufacturing partners, and customers. Review all outbound invoices received from our carriers according to pre‑approved rate. Manage and control all outbound operation invoices, including shipment cost accrual assignment on SAP and ensuring three‑way match (SAP delivery, POD, freight rate contract). Follow up on carriers’ fleet maintenance program assigned to Bunge. Food Safety Responsible for bulk tanks and dry vans assigned to Bunge outbound operation. Notify and provide first response to any complaints or non‑conformities from transport, unloading, or documentation at client or manufacturing partner facilities. Collect, check, and file all Proofs of Delivery for outbound shipments. Manage KPIs and follow up with suppliers and internal team. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE At least 3 years of experience in logistics and distribution. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Transport Engineering, Administration, or related field. Desirable technical knowledge in transportation of food products and liquids. Experience with transportation and distribution planning across Mexico. Proficiency in SAP and Excel. WORK SCHEDULE Monday to Saturday with remote availability on weekends. Availability to travel or address change. #J-18808-Ljbffr
