Job Title - Sr Technical Project Manager Location - Remote in Mexico Role Type - 6-Month Contract Must Have Skills: Strong enterprise-level Technical Project Management experience managing multiple concurrent, matrixed projects across global teams and stakeholders Proven experience leading SaaS / Cloud implementation projects utilizing Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban Executive-level stakeholder management and communication experience across North America and APJ regions Hands-on technical project management background within cybersecurity or infrastructure environments Experience with Zscaler migrations strongly preferred Strong change management, requirements gathering, and business process mapping experience Experience using Jira and Agile project management tools Responsibilities and Job Details: Manage multiple complex technical projects simultaneously across global teams and stakeholders Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, communications, and risk mitigation strategies Coordinate project execution with business leaders, technical teams, executives, and external partners Drive SaaS and cloud implementation projects from initiation through delivery Facilitate stakeholder meetings, executive updates, and change management sessions Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and issues while driving resolutions and escalations when necessary Lead cross-functional collaboration across North America and APJ regions in a highly matrixed environment Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to quality expectations Gather and document business requirements and support business process mapping initiatives Support end-user communication, training coordination, and organizational change management efforts Utilize Agile delivery practices and tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project to manage project execution Partner with technical resources on cybersecurity and infrastructure-focused initiatives including cloud and Zscaler-related projects
