Responsible for directly managing a team of Technical Designer Engineers while organizing and negotiating projects for its achievement in alignment to integral requirement technical designs. Expected responsibilities: Coordinate construction/infrastructure project statuses and its processes end to end. Control project chronogram, crossing scope and cost. Ensure proper engineering documentation including QA/QC into all engineering services (Design Solution, Value Engineering, Technical Reports, Memory Calculation). Periodic reports elaboration capable for presenting globally through different leadership grades. Ensure the adherence of the team and projects through segmented and focused KPIs and OKRs. Lead individual and team meetings constantly for review and approach development, tasks and goals. Create balance, efficiency, and flawless collaboration between technical and commercial teams and drive it with different stakeholders internally and externally to our organization. WHAT DO WE OFFER? Working in a Great Place to Work company. WHAT YOU NEED IS? Mechanical (preferred) or Civil Engineering degree. Master's degree is a plus. Extensive experience in structural engineering. At least 3 years managing a team of engineers or a multidisciplinary team. Experience with regional / global interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Spanish and English proficiency are a must. Full domain on MS software (Excel, Power BI, MS Project, Word, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of project management is required. Empathy and ability to work in a multicultural environment. Clear oral and written communication, logical reasoning skill, and story-telling ability.
